Current Holiday Period Training Timetable

Timetable time are arrival times for either pre-swim activation, or gym. If you are going to arrive late for any reason, please inform your coach. Swimmers are also expected to be at training sessions for the entire duration of the session. If you are unable to attend a session for the entire duration please speak to your coach.
